Finance/ Accounts, Micro Credit, Micro Finance, microfin360, MICROSOFT OFFICE
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Micro-Credit, NGO
Job Context:
∎ Euro Bangla Foundation is a MRA and Government Approved NGO working in Social Welfare activities in Bangladesh since 2003.
∎ The organization is looking for energetic individuals for the position of: Branch Manager for Micro-Finance Project
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have experience and understanding in Micro-Finance activities from field Level.
∎ Must have experience in co-ordinate and plan loan activities
∎ Monitor, Supervise Loan activities
∎ Perform verification for potential loan appliers
∎ Monitor loan and due collection from time to time
∎ Prepare Monthly Micro-Credit Regulatory Report
∎ Must have understanding in VAT Tax
∎ Must know accounts handling for Micro-Finance Organization
∎ Experience in managing accounts for Micro-Finance organization
∎ Prepare authentic financial documents.
∎ Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly report for NGO management.
∎ Must be proficient with computer and micro-finance software.
∎ Must have mentality to achieve set targets.
∎ Must have own motorcycle
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ In Depth knowledge in Accounting will be given preference.
∎ Must know financial reporting by himself.
∎ Must have personal motorcycle.
Salary: Tk. 28000 - 35000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Medical allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 1
