Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Office Management and staff Management. Responsible for setting working area.
∎ Monitoring and Inspection Team Management.
∎ Formulation of Annual Plan.
∎ Managing Administrative activities.
∎ Fund Management.
∎ Managing Office Expenses.
∎ Preparing MIS and FIS Report.
∎ Managing all accounts of branch.
∎ Working as a Branch Supervisor.
∎ Calculating Monthly Achievement Rate.
∎ Managing Public Relations.
∎ Responsible for Loan Management.
∎ Responsible for Savings Management.
∎ Sanctions the branches bill and voucher according to the policy.
∎ Checking Pass book and LO register or sheet.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to drive Motorcycle with valid driving license & selected candidates must have the mentality to work anywhere in the country.
∎ Minimum 6 years practical experiences in Micro Credit field along with at least 1 (One) year practical experience of Branch Management.
∎ Candidate should be trained on Micro- Finance Program.
∎ Candidate should be honest, hard worker and non-smoker.
Salary: Tk. 26650 - 31564 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Probation Period Salary: 26,650-29,450 BDT.
∎ After Confirmation Salary will be: 28,786-31,564 BDT.
∎ If he/she becomes the permanent employee of the organization, other benefits will be offered as per organization policy i.e. provident fund, gratuity, festival bonus, yearly increment, staff insurance, medical aid, Baisakhi Allowance, Yearly Picnic cost etc.
∎ One Increment may be added for each year those who have more than 3 years’ experience as Branch Manager.
