Job Context:
∎ We wish to appoint an experienced Restaurant Manager to our growing team. The ideal candidate has to have a very good positive attitude, passion & professional knowledge about the food and beverage industry.
∎ Workplace: Work at Restaurant / Management Office.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist with menu planning, maintains sanitation standards and also assist server and main kitchen on the floor during operation, especially peak hours.
∎ Strives continually to improve guest and employee's satisfaction and maximize the financial performance in areas of responsibility.
∎ Oversea the dining areas and supervise food and beverage service staffs in accordance with operating policies, that the business has established & enrich even further for better business.
∎ Create a positive team atmosphere among team members.
∎ Treat all team members fairly and with respect.
∎ Set high standards for appropriate team behavior while on shift.
∎ Work with food and beverage staffs to ensure proper food and drink presentation and proper food-handling procedures.
∎ Maintain budget and employee records, prepare payroll, and pay bills, or monitor book keeping records.
∎ Check the quality of deliveries of fresh food and baked goods.
∎ Communicate management to order supplies such as tableware, cooking utensils, cleaning items and daily.
∎ Arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment and other services.
∎ Total receipts and balance against sales, deposit receipts, and lock facility at the end each business day.
∎ Ensures new products are executed properly with clear directive received from the management.
∎ Proficiency in using computer software to monitor inventory, track staff schedules also payment, and perform other record keeping tasks.
∎ Proficiency in 3S software, inventory software, restaurant guest satisfactory tracking software, MS Office etc.
∎ Always share information with management before making any decisions regarding Cafe Mango's well being.
∎ Keep regular vigilance on all social media platform.
∎ Keep regular communications with social media consultants.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Training/Trade Course: Hospitality.
∎ The applicants must have experience in the Cafe and Restaurant.
Salary: Negotiable
