Experience:

• At least 5 years

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/ Architecture/ Mechanical/ EEE or any engineering discipline. 

• Certification in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks will be an advantage.

• Training in BIM software and project collaboration tools is preferred.

• At least 5 years

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM- related software.    

• Strong understanding of 3D modeling, clash detection, and coordination.

• Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.       

• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for BIM execution.

• Knowledge of parametric modeling and family’s creation in Revit.

• Competence in cloud-based collaboration tools (BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, etc.).

• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) directly from the BIM model to support project cost estimation and material planning.

• Develop and maintain BIM models for commercial and residential projects, covering architecture, structure, and MEP systems using Revit.

• Perform clash detection using Navisworks, identify conflicts between various disciplines, and propose resolution strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Generate accurate and detailed 3D visualizations, shop drawings, and construction documentation from BIM models.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate and align design and construction details effectively.

• Follow directives from the BIM Manager and actively contribute to the successful implementation of BIM workflows within project teams.

• Integrate and manage drawings from all consultants, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.

• Ensure timely delivery of BIM models while maintaining high quality and full adherence to project specifications and industry standards.
