Responsibilities & Context:
Perform regular maintenance and servicing of CFMOTO motorcycles.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems in motorcycles and identify appropriate solutions.
Repair or replace faulty parts including engine components, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems.
Conduct pre-delivery inspection (PDI) for new motorcycles before customer handover.
Use proper tools and diagnostic equipment to ensure accurate servicing.
Maintain service records and report completed work to the service manager.
Ensure safety standards and workshop cleanliness during repair work.
Install genuine spare parts and accessories according to company guidelines.
Assist customers by explaining maintenance needs and basic bike care.
Support the service team in achieving service quality and efficiency targets.
