Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring timely registering, appropriate respond, follow-up and solutions of all complaints from customers.
∎ Analyze all customer complains and feedback to devise service deliver strategies for better customer satisfaction with cost-efficiency
∎ Record and analyze all operational and financial data in order to produce reports for better decision making.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
