∎ As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as the In-charge of Online Shop.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a Data Analyst, your key responsibilities will involve:
∎ Collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources to identify patterns, trends, and insights relevant to business development.
∎ Conducting thorough examinations of e-commerce store data to pinpoint any existing issues or challenges that may hinder business growth.
∎ Collaborating with teams across different functions to understand their data needs and provide analytical support for decision-making.
∎ Utilizing statistical techniques and data visualization tools to present findings and communicate actionable recommendations.
∎ Identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement in product management, sales and marketing strategies, customer service, order processing, and overall sales performance.
∎ Supporting the establishment of a strong market presence within the e-store by leveraging data-driven insights to enhance sales strategies and customer experience.
∎ Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and e-commerce to continuously enhance analytical methodologies and contribute to the company's competitive advantage.
∎ By effectively analyzing and channeling data, you will play a crucial role in driving business development and helping the company achieve its growth objectives.
