Additional Requirements:
3–5 years of proven experience in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics role.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Power BI.
Experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or other ERP systems as a data source.
Strong SQL skills (Oracle SQL preferred).

Job Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and datasets for business performance monitoring.
Work closely with business process owners (Finance, Supply Chain, Production, HR, etc.) to understand reporting requirements.
Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from Oracle EBS and other systems into Power BI or intermediate data models.
Develop and manage data models, relationships, DAX calculations, and KPIs.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reported data through validation and testing.
Automate manual reporting processes and improve data visibility for management.
Maintain proper documentation of datasets, data flows, and report logic.
Support ad-hoc analysis and data requests from management and departmental heads.
Continuously improve BI tools, processes, and reporting standards. processes, and reporting standards.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts on BI tools and data analysis techniques.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve BI capabilities.
