Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by understanding customer needs, answering questions, and resolving any issues or complaints.
∎ Sales: Actively seeking out new customers, processing sales orders, and achieving sales targets.
∎ Product Knowledge: Maintaining a thorough understanding of the different types of batteries available, their features, and their applications.
∎ Inventory Management: Ensuring sufficient stock of batteries and managing inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
∎ Technical Support: Providing technical advice and support to customers on battery selection, installation, and maintenance.
∎ Market Research: Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings.
