∎ Minimum Intermediate

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Report to Assistant General Manager (F&B).
∎ To ensure daily beverage service for running smoothly.
∎ To prepare bill and ensure to collect the bill from Members.
∎ To maintain beverage stock register.
∎ To ensure overall cleanness of beverage room.
∎ To ensure discipline of concern waiters.
∎ Comply with all food and beverage regulations
∎ Understands and follows the laws and guidelines for beverage service.
∎ Handle cash, cheques and debet/credit cards in accordance with CCCL policies.
∎ Minimises safety hazards by following all safety rules and procedures.
∎ Maintain a favourable working relationship with all employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working environment.
∎ Any other duty assigned by superior authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 years experience in similar job.
∎ Computer Knowledge in English is Compulsory.
