∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promotes coffee consumption by offering coffees with unique taste and knowledge of coffee beans and brewing methods
∎ Understanding the preference of the guests and serving them as they need
∎ Educates customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu and answering their queries if they have any
∎ Knowing the coffee/dessert/cookies etc. combination and promoting coffees to the guests
∎ Prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques
∎ Generates revenues by attracting new customers; defining new and expanded services and products
∎ Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; keeping pastries, and cookies for coffee bar
∎ Knowing the equipment and keeping it functional through proper maintenance
∎ Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations
∎ Improves quality by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes; maintaining and improving the appearance of the store and coffee bar
∎ Enhances coffee shop reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishment
