Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Hotel/ Restaurant Management is desirable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take food or drink orders from customers.
∎ Prepare food and beverage orders, such as sandwiches, salads, and coffee.
∎ Accurately processes transactions through the POS and counts back change to customers
∎ Read, count and write to complete all documentation
∎ Operate and use all equipment necessary for store operation
∎ Provides top quality espresso shots for hot and cold beverages
∎ Sells and serves baked goods and miscellaneous food items to customers
∎ Honors customers by providing quick, friendly and personal service
∎ Work successfully as part of a team, while under pressure
∎ Perform any other duties as directed by your Manager
∎ Assists in the opening and/or closing of the café
∎ Assist with management of stock, wastage and sales figures.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills in coffee art will be beneficial.
∎ Must be able to communicate and understand in English and Bengali.
∎ Experience as a barista in a high volume café/restaurant
∎ Good organization and administrative skills
∎ Excellent attention to detail
∎ Strong Microsoft and Excel skills
∎ Possess basic math skills and have the ability to operate a cash register or POS system.

Salary: Negotiable
