City Kebab and Cafe is seeking a skilled Bangla Chef with strong expertise in preparing authentic Bangladeshi main dishes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the consistent quality, flavor, and presentation of traditional Bangladeshi meals. He must be experienced in working in a busy kitchen environment and passionate about Bangladeshi cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a wide variety of Bangladeshi main dishes, including Kacchi, Tehari, Bhuna Khichuri, Beef Curry, Chicken Roast, Pulao, and more

  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in the kitchen

  • Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely meal preparation and delivery

  • Ensure proper portion control and minimize food wastage

  • Innovate and add new items to the menu with management approval

  • Manage inventory and order raw materials specific to Bangladeshi cuisine

  • Maintain consistency in taste and quality

  • Assist in planning special menus for events and festivals

  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff if required
