• Responsible to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain with quality standards of customer vehicles.
• Handle customer vehicles and prepare service/accident estimates for approval.
• Ensure timely job completion, job card closure, and vehicle delivery.
• Coordinate with sales team for PDI vehicles and on-time delivery.
• Manage accidental claims with insurance companies.
• Increase workshop productivity and efficiency.
• Communicate technical information to workshop team.
• Monitor and audit tools & equipment monthly.
• Implement 5S practices in the workshop.
• Follow up on credit enhancement and customer payments.
• Address fleet customer concerns and provide solutions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction at all stages.
• Prepare monthly performance reports.
