Educational Requirements:
∎ For IT Auditor- B.Sc. / M. Sc in Chemical Computer Science and Engineering / Electrical and Electronic Engineering / Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering;
∎ For Management Systems Auditor (MSA)- B.Sc. / M. Sc in Chemical / Electrical / Bio-Chemical / Forestry or In fields related to Forest management Environmental Sciences, Ecology, Botany, Zoology, Sociology, Forest Engineering and Forest Economics.
∎ For Pharmaceutical Auditor- BPharm / MPharm, B.Sc. / M. Sc in Chemical and Bio-Chemical.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: APSCA Certified Professional will have priority.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting audit as a Lead Auditor / Auditor as assigned;
∎ Managing an audit programme within the defined scope and criteria and Developing Audit Plan;
∎ Establishing good communication with auditee and Issuing corrective action requests to auditee;
∎ Preparing audit report / pack which meets audit scheme criteria, Global Procedures and Accreditation requirements;
∎ Responding to queries raised by technical reviewer within specified time;
∎ Maintaining confidentiality of client's information;
∎ Performing follow up with auditee for completion of corrective action;
∎ Conducting Training Sessions;
∎ Preparing training modules / sessions abiding the guidelines of Global Training Procedures;
∎ Preparing training plan and Respond to learner’s query positively;
∎ Conducting continuous assessment of delegates and provide additional hours to
∎ relatively weaker participants;
∎ Preparing and performing training evaluation and continually improve by responding to customer feedbacks;
∎ Work on Continuous Professional Development (CPD) as guided by TOM;
∎ Undertake professional development and ensure appropriate training records and personal logs
∎ are updated to maintain relevant auditor registrations and relevant industry knowledge;
∎ Work closely with TOM to provide any technical support;
∎ Plan and execute specific actions to comply and achieve monthly Operational KPI.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Working knowledge of management systems, standards and compliance / auditing techniques;
∎ A basic understanding of accreditation requirements;
∎ Support business development activities as required (including follow up and/or referral of enquiries, sales visits (as technical experts), assistance at events, seminars, etc.) to enable on- going growth of the business;
∎ Maintain good relations with Scheme Owners, Clients, Auditors, Global Product and Segment Managers and company affiliates;
∎ Able to travel across the country and abroad;
