Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ Must be CA-CC or CA partly qualified
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Audit day-to-day all expenditure of the office and factory.
∎ Plan & effectively manages activities of the Administrative department.
∎ Plan & develop company's service rules, personnel planning, policies and procedure.
∎ Investigate, monitor and execute the disciplinary action to ensure discipline is maintained in the office and as well as factory.
∎ Create, control & monitor all administrative requirements' of other departments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be well aware about labor law, service, leave & Other HRM policies.
∎ Excellent command over English
∎ Good and proactive communication skills.
∎ Should have administrative capacity.
∎ Capable to work hard with high tolerance in extreme pressure.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 40000 (Monthly)
∎ As per companies rules
