Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assisting Immediate Superior/Head of Department on all audit related issues.
∎ Review and justify daily operational expenses as per company policy.
∎ Check cash/ bank/ journal voucher and entries.
∎ Check and verify all kinds of bill voucher of ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions.
∎ Conduct periodical stock/inventory audit in showrooms/warehouses all over Bangladesh.
∎ Conduct audit in service centers all over Bangladesh.
∎ Perform post-audit on the payments process to ensure compliance with existing policies.
∎ Prepare IA report if found any abnormalities for the higher management.
∎ Conduct surprise and monthly audit on petty cash and if any abnormalities found then report to the department head.
∎ Performed special investigation/ assignment as suggested by senior management.
∎ Carry out all the official instructions from Immediate Superior/Head of Department or company management.

∎ We are looking for some enthusiastic AUDIT EXECUTIVE to join our INTERNAL AUDIT team under our company- Vintage Engineering Limited (GETCO Group) which is an import based company. Candidates who completed CA(CC) from any reputed organization or Audit Firm will get priority. Candidates must have good knowledge on English speaking & writing, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
