Bachelors degree in Media and Film Studies or any related field, or relevant industry experience
Minimum five years experience in audio-visual sector either as a freelancer, in a production house or in an advertising agency. Experience using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro. Experience using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Experience in photography and cinematography. Technical experience in a photo studio preferred.

Job Purpose
Driving the creation of innovative, high-quality audiovisual content to strengthen the organisation’s national and international presence. Managing projects and collaborating with external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns and storytelling. Supporting and mentoring teams to enhance audiovisual production and creative strategy development.

Key Responsibilities
Work independently and as part of a team to generate and deliver impactful audiovisual ideas across the organisation
Develop and manage projects, as well as supervising the work of external agencies
Assist in developing and contribute to strategies for campaigns, content, and other audiovisual materials
Create storylines, scripts, and storyboards for audiovisual content
Support programmes with audiovisual requirements
Execute insight-driven audiovisual materials for behaviour change campaigns
SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme`s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
