Responsibilities & Context:
Develop Monthly and Yearly Functional Training Calendars.·
Develop, implement, and monitor training programs in institute.· Responsible for coordinating set-up requirements for training prior to scheduled sessions and ensuring proper photographic documentation· Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness and report to Management team.·
Conducts or facilitates required and recommended training sessions.· Ensures that training milestones and goals are met while adhering to approved training budget.·
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.·
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.·
Knowledge of skincare and makeup is an added advantage.·
Previous experience in the real estate, bank, insurance, beauty, or fashion industry is highly preferable.·
Proficiency in verbal and written communication in both English and Bengali.·
High level of professional proficiency in Microsoft Office for training based on experiences.·
Performs other related duties as assigned.
