Experience:
Monitor and oversee daily tasks of the IE team, including production accounting, to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
Ensure optimal utilization of manpower and machinery through effective planning and deployment of modern IE tools and techniques.
Identify and implement innovative methods to minimize operational costs while enhancing production efficiency.
Track and manage changeover processes for new product styles, ensuring timely and smooth transitions with minimal disruptions.
Analyze production wastage regularly and collaborate with teams to implement productivity improvements to reduce waste.
Foster a proactive environment for daily problem-solving to quickly address operational issues and inefficiencies.
Conduct regular GEMBA walks to detect, understand, and resolve on-ground issues, promoting real-time engagement with operations.
Perform skill gap analysis among staff and coordinate relevant training programs to up skill the team.
Maintain a skill inventory for mid-level management and schedule structured training plans for competency development.
Design and deliver on-boarding training programs for new members joining the Industrial Engineering team.
Identify areas for operational enhancement, develop improvement strategies, and lead the execution of those plans.
Drive the adoption and execution of Lean principles across operations to improve process efficiency and eliminate waste.
Oversee the development and execution of policies related to Lean implementation.
Build internal capabilities by developing Lean leadership to sustain a culture of continuous improvement.
Promote and integrate a CI mindset throughout the organization by involving employees at all levels.
Ensure CI leaders receive foundational CI training and validate the effectiveness of their application in the workplace.
Undertake additional tasks or special projects as assigned by management to support overall business objectives.
