Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum graduation from any discipline.
∎ Educational qualifications may be relaxed in case of highly experienced candidates.

∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Activities related to Security:
∎ Patrol office premises on a regular basis to identify security risks and take necessary actions if there is, in consultation with management,
∎ Maintain liaison with external organizations including emergency services regarding security and safety issues,
∎ Help high level of services to CRP visitors and their vehicles,
∎ Ensure that all the daily security operations and kits like metal detectors are run and used effectively on a regular basis,
∎ Make sure all the security personnel have reported to work as per assigned duty schedules,
∎ Brief the security team on a regular basis to update them on developments and share information about any security concerns,
∎ Register occurrences and take necessary actions in consultation with management,
∎ Reports unlawful activities such as theft or vandalism to the management,
∎ Monitor entrance and exit with the help of security team,
∎ Identify visitors and in need, ask for appropriate documents,
∎ Stop suspicious people and ask for identification,
∎ Investigate thefts and file police reports,
∎ Call for aid as and when necessary,
∎ Ensure constant contact with security personnel while on duty,
∎ Answer telephone calls to take messages, answer questions, and provide information as required,
∎ Inspect and adjust security systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure operational use and to detect evidence of tampering,
∎ Inspect windows and doors to ensure locks are in place and working,
∎ Special and other responsibilities as assigned by the management,
∎ Activities related to Fire safety:
∎ Ensure the proper placements of firefighting equipment’s & update/renew firefighting equipment’s,
∎ Ensure the regular refilling of fire extinguishers,
∎ Prepare firefighting drill and evacuation plans and share with management,
∎ Conduct training sessions on firefighting equipment’s usages and exit plans with the prior approval of management,
∎ Prepare a list of activities and firefighting equipment’s and share those with management for approval,
∎ Update management about any hazards, concerns or inflammable objects that are currently stationed at CRP premises,
∎ Lead emergency evacuation and take care of evacuees,
∎ Ensure the visibility and presence of safety related directions and symbols,
∎ Ensure the availability of alternative power sources to keep fire alarms and other safety directions functional
∎ Ensure proper channel of information sharing in case of any accident involving fire,
∎ Develop plans to handle crowds and media in case of fire accident or any emergency situation,
∎ Help out at the scene of accidents,
∎ Arrange first aid if an ambulance isn’t on scene,
∎ Seek the assistance of relevant departments (fire service & civil defense, police) and keep those emergency service/department numbers available at CRP,
∎ Share inputs in designing and planning of a new office set up, equipment’s so that fire safety issues are addressed at the beginning,
∎ Inspect all floors and corners on a regular basis and identify, report, and correct any hazards related to fire precaution, evacuation and safety.
∎ Suggest from time to time measures and equipment’s for improvement of fire safety,
∎ Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
∎ Activities related to Land/Property Management:
∎ Maintain all Land/Property related documents, liaison with Govt. Offices and ensure land related TAX in a timely manner,
∎ Activities related to General Administration:
∎ Ensure the timely payment to daily basis workers (specially security guards),
∎ Conduct evaluation of support & non-management staff members if required and asked,
∎ Arrange distribution of external letters and parcels,
∎ Any other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
∎ Besides, you may be required to take any responsibilities as assigned by the CRP management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Retired personnel from Bangladesh Fire Service and Civil Defence or Bangladesh Army will be given priority.
Salary: Tk. 17700 - 24700 (Monthly)
