Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare financial documents.
∎ Encoding treasury/ finance accounting entry for data processing in oracle treasury software programs.
∎ Managing day-to-day bank balance.
∎ Good Knowledge about financial management, including financial planning, budget, budget variance, and budgetary controlling system.
∎ Deal with daily fund management.
∎ To track ERP Treasury movement of stocks such as production, consumption, and stock transfer and report to the management.
∎ Compile Monthly reports & prepare daily and monthly cash-receivable reconciliation and bank reconciliation for Treasury Module.
∎ Assisting budgeting and forecasting process, including variances.
∎ Develop relationships with external advisors, e.g. Solicitors and Banks.
∎ Liaise with internal auditors.
∎ Execute day-to-day accounts and financial activities.
∎ Completing loan & investment reconciliation with interest calculation and record.
∎ Verifying bank deposit.
∎ Preparation for the monthly loan payment schedule.
∎ Assist finance department and senior members in various tasks including preparation of budget records and statements and etc.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.

∎ Age 22 to 26 years

∎ Sound knowledge on Computer Literacy.
∎ Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hard working & willing to work under pressure.
