Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To plan the department’s annual expenditure budget by developing forecasts and through market research.
∎ To maintain and manage the department’s expenditure budget.
∎ To crosscheck budget against any activity and process bills and expenditure incurred by the department, ensuring party payment.
∎ To coordinate with and manage requirements of external vendors assisting the marketing team.
∎ To manage an inventory of all physical items (promotional material) held by the department, and issuance of these items to end users.
∎ To ensure quality of materials received from procurement team, ensuring it is in line with requisition guidelines.
∎ To expedite and handle procurement of emergency requests by department.
∎ To ensure accountability of team members in meeting procurement deadlines and budget targets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability to use Microsoft Office tools, including Excel Spreadsheets.
∎ Understanding of print media
∎ Organisational and planning skills.
Salary: Negotiable
