Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA major/minor in Marketing or a related field from renowned public/private universities.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Marketing executives or managers are responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the channel. This includes creating promotional campaigns, advertising materials, and online marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and attract new viewers.
∎ Conducting audience research and segmentation to identify potential viewers' preferences, habits, and demographics.
∎ Promoting the channel's content lineup to potential viewers which may include developing content marketing strategies, creating trailers, teasers, and promotional content for upcoming shows, series, and special events.
∎ Using the expertise in digital marketing channels and social media platforms to engage with the audience, build a community, and drive viewership through online campaigns.
∎ Forming partnerships and collaborations with other media outlets, influencers, or brands to expand the channel's reach and visibility.
∎ Acquiring new subscribers and retaining existing ones which would involve designing subscriber acquisition plans, loyalty programs, and customer engagement initiatives.
∎ Understanding the competitive landscape by monitoring and analyzing competitors' strategies to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for their own channel.
∎ Allocating funds efficiently across different marketing initiatives and track the return on investment (ROI) for each campaign.
∎ Analyzing marketing campaign performance, viewer metrics, and other relevant data to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-backed recommendations.
∎ Building a strong brand identity for the TV channel and ensuring that the brand image is maintained consistently across all marketing materials and communications.
∎ Coordinating marketing efforts for special events, live broadcasts, or TV premieres to help to create excitement and attract viewers.

∎ The applicant must have good communication skill in both Bangla and English
∎ Excellent knowledge in computer operations is mandatory.
∎ Capable of working as a team.
