  • Should have experience of managing and motivating large team.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Managing overall Administrative Function Like Security, Housekeeping, Canteen, Gardening, Transport, Dormitory.

  • To ensure proper consumption of utilities & stationery and maintain records.

  • Provide support services at the Plant by complying strictly with company`s administrative rules and regulations.

  • Foresee cleanliness and hygiene within the factory premises.

  • Oversee the canteen operations.

  • Co-ordination with accounts, warehouse department for smooth operation of official procedure.

  • Prepared different contract /agreement (like as building rent, car rent etc.).

  • Renewal of license/ agreement & Membership.

  • Be proactive and self-motivated to identify/assess and ensure all safety measures pertinent to fire hazard, employee first aid facility, structural safety of the establishments, overall security of company lives and properties.

  • Establish and maintain good relationship with all law enforcing departments (especially police, RAB, DB, SB), local authorities, maintain liaison with relevant government organizations and relevant authorities.

  • Checking Bills & voucher on regular basis and submission on time with zero tolerance.

  • Should be able to deal with and resolve day to day administrative problems / complaints, dissatisfaction / discomfort of all employees independently.
