∎ MBA/Master's in Marketing, Management from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop creative sales technique and tracts to meet business goals.
∎ Corporate sales planning and implementation.
∎ Organizing related team, monitoring & controlling executive & others.
∎ To look after customer quarries with satisfaction and relationship develop.
∎ Prepare and submission of daily, weekly and monthly reports to the management.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Re-Rolling, Steel, Cement, Business development, Corporate Marketing, Market Research.
∎ Steel Manufacturing Industries, Cement Manufacturing Industries.
∎ Good communication (English & Bengali) & negotiation skill.
∎ Be a strong team player and have the ability coordinate sales activity internally and externally.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to Develop Sales Plan, Budget, Strategy and lead the Marketing/Sales teams to obtain assigned target through marketing forces.
∎ Must be self motivated, dynamic, strong analytical skills, organizational skills, leadership skills, result oriented and work collaborator.
∎ Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals / business man and look for prospective customers.
∎ Be able to maintain good atmosphere in the office and with other marketing executives so as to enhance team building/spirit.
