Advertising & Promotion, After Sales Service, Area/ Territory Marketing, Building Matertials, Business Analysis, Business development, Computer skill, Direct Sales, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Chemical Industries
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales targets as per Sales plan of concrete admixture.
∎ Regular follow up of sales order and payment.
∎ Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Market report on sales.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
∎ Manage sales including preparing of Area wise sales target.
∎ Plan, organize, and monitor the sales activities to ensure the targeted sales objective
∎ Plan, develop & implement sales operation in the organization
∎ Implement and evaluate product launching and promotional activities
∎ Keep the team member motivated to attain any assign job.
∎ Develop proper forecast planning and inventory management in the depot and customer level
∎ Build strong network building in the segment of Traders and End users.
∎ Develop strategic sales plan along to exploit potential regional markets
∎ Keep up to date information of competitor's products and ensure fair communication from customers to Management and Management to Customers
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Smart, Honest, Industrious, Easy going
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Every six month salary will be review for increase as per sales performance
