∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology,Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST) students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
admixture, Advertising Promotion, Building Construction, Building Materials, Construction Chemicals, epoxy, Microsoft Excel, Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales targets as per Sales plan of construction chemicals and epoxy-PU floor coating.
∎ Regular follow up of sales order and payment.
∎ Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Market report on sales.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
∎ Manage sales including preparing of Area wise sales target.
∎ Plan, organize, and monitor the sales activities to ensure the targeted sales objective
∎ Plan, develop & implement sales operation in the organization
∎ Implement and evaluate product launching and promotional activities
∎ Keep the team member motivated to attain any assign job.
∎ Develop proper forecast planning and inventory management in the depot and customer level
∎ Build strong network building in the segment of Traders and End users.
∎ Develop strategic sales plan along to exploit potential regional markets
∎ Keep up to date information of competitor's products and ensure fair communication from customers to Management and Management to Customers
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Smart, Honest, Industrious, Easy going
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ We are willing to give a smart salary if you deserve it. Every six month salary will be review for increase according to your performance.
