Job Context:
∎ BOCL is looking for a young, energetic capable and experienced Assistant Manager for their ongoing Apartment & Market shop Sale.
∎ CANDIDATES MUST HAVE MINIMUM 4 YEARS EXPERIENCED IN REAL ESTATE APARTMENT/SHOP SELLING ARE REQUESTED TO APPLY.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer visit and regular follow up and able to handle independently.
∎ Plan and implement an effective sales drives that ensure monthly sales and revenue target.
∎ Sourcing sufficient sales lead generation for conversion into monthly targeted sales.
∎ Identify the market opportunities for future sales
∎ Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as deemed necessary by the department.
∎ Maintain an effective communication with prospects/customers that ensures company's interest
∎ Build strong relationship with prospects and customers
∎ Keep update on market intelligence
∎ Prepare sales reports as per guideline of the department and maintain inventory control
∎ Ensure that sales leads/ prospects information is maintained accurately in the prospects' database
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years in Real Estate Apartment Sale
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Advertising & Promotion, Brand Planning/ Development, land Sales, Sales & Marketing, Sales Marketing
∎ The applicants Must have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate (Apartment & Market shop)
∎ Minimum 4 years relevant work experience in any reputed real estate Apartment company.
∎ Good knowledge of the sales process, cycle and the industry
∎ Experience in a reputed real -estate company specially Apartment projects
∎ Exceptional communication and people management skills
∎ Should have stress tolerance, formal presentation and team leadership skill and should be proactive
Salary: Negotiable
