∎ Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Submit monthly tour plans to the Supervisor & visit farms (Broiler & Layer) in accordance with route plan which will be effective for promotion of Aftab feed products and DOC.
∎ Submit performance report of broiler/layer farms weekly.
∎ Arrange monthly technical seminar for two small groups of farmers.
∎ Prepare and submit special reports on emergency farm visits for the treatment of affected birds.
∎ Provide technical services to the farmers by visiting farms and counselling them.
∎ Encourage agents and farmers to transition competitor farms into Aftab farms and support the establishment of new farms under the Aftab brand.
∎ Arrange technical seminar of large group of farmers with cooperation of the Departmental Head.
∎ Provide on-call support & counseling for treatment to the farmers of affected firms.
∎ Carry feedback on product performance to the higher authority/supervisor.
∎ Coordinate with Sales team of the respective areas for promotion of feed and DOC sales.
∎ Crisis moment management and decision making in coordination with local authority.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
