Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of products and services offered by the company
∎ Manage teams working on responses of RFPs
∎ Maintain and develop existing customers through high levels of service in order to expand and strengthen the relationship
∎ Actively identify opportunities to introduce other Company services, thereby increasing the revenue opportunity within each customer?s business portfolio
∎ Identify and develop new sales enquiries and convert into profitable new business
∎ Maintain documentation and materials in support and evidence of the above objectives
∎ Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts
∎ Acquire and feed market information to supervisors and pertinent departments
∎ Record and maintain all related information of potentials
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven track record in selling IT services and products in global consulting or related companies
∎ Tracking and escalation of customer issues i.e. installation process, customer satisfaction etc.
∎ Assisting the customer service process
∎ Assisting accounts & Credit Control personnel to ensure that a customer?s account not exposed considering the overall company objective
∎ Good understanding of basic IT developments
∎ Business and financial skills: able to assess risk and plan contingency
∎ A pioneer, shape- creator, self motivated, result driven and a passion for winning
∎ Excellent relationship building, communication and presentation skills
∎ Knowledge and understanding of Bangladeshi corporate segment
∎ Strong negotiation capability
∎ Understanding of IT/software and solution market
∎ Analytical ability and strong problem solving approach
∎ Project management skills
