Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To achieve weekly, quarterly, monthly and yearly sales target.
∎ To visit prospective customers regularly.
∎ To ensure optimum utilization of promotional materials.
∎ To maintain relationship with the existing customers.
∎ To submit various report to line manager or Management
∎ To create new dealers and distributors point
∎ To ensure business from distributors and dealers.
∎ To maintain daily log book for field visits.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill, self motivated with good time management skill.
∎ Dedicated, hardworking and able to work in a team.
∎ Should have sound communication skill & Data analysis skill.
∎ Ability to work under pressure with Sales target.
∎ Must have a motor cycle Driving License.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Attractive Incentive will be given on sales achievement.
∎ Two (02) festival bonuses.
∎ Provident Fund
∎ Probation Period-3 Months
∎ Probation Period may exempt based on the performance and achievement
