Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive the export Letters of Credit (L/Cs) and create a comprehensive checklist for each L/C, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
∎ Process and book export documentation through various forwarder portals.
∎ Obtain necessary approvals based on the monthly shipment schedule.
∎ Prepare invoices, packing lists, and other relevant documents for customs clearance.
∎ Collect EXP (Export Promotion) forms from OEMs and update them in the Bangladesh Bank Online Export Monitoring System.
∎ Follow up with buyers to ensure timely export payments and prepare documents for bank negotiation according to the terms and conditions of the export L/C.
∎ Timely follow up with buyers for export payments and maintain accurate records.
∎ Prepare all types of export-related statements as necessary and submit export reports promptly.
∎ Create various statements related to cash incentives, customs, EXP overdue matters, and other bank-related requirements as requested by the department head.
∎ Prepare a payment schedule for telegraphic transfers (T/T) adjustments.
∎ Prepare non-negotiable shipping documents as per the terms and conditions of the export L/C for onward transmission to the buyer or buying agent.
∎ Strictly maintain our ERP platform for all export procedures.
