Skills Required: Additional Requirements: Residence at Uttara or nearby will get preference.
Should be smart & well conversant.
Fluency in written and oral communication skills in both English and Bengali.

Responsibilities & Context: Coordination all HR & Administrative function of the Company.
Lead workforce planning, succession planning and talent pipeline management.
Follow-up Attendance, PAYROLL Management, leave management, Compensation benefits by HRIS Software
Provide guidance to senior management on organizational development and change initiatives.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment, ensuring quality and timely hires.
Approve manpower requisitions and ensure staffing aligns with organizational needs.
Maintain a healthy workplace through conflict resolution and grievance management.
Promote employee engagement, motivation and retention strategies.
Prepare and update all types of certifications like Trade License, Fire License and others factory related certifications
Oversee all administrative operations including office management, logistics, utilities, security and supplies.
Ensure cost-effective and efficient administrative support across the organization.
Enforce workplace safety, health and hygiene standards.
Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
Develop and implement business continuity, disaster recovery and crisis management plans.
Track and report HR and Admin activities to senior management.
Provide insights and recommendations using data-driven HR and Admin analytics.
Present regular reports on workforce planning, attrition, cost and compliance status.
Any other task assigns by the management
