Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Female, Field Sales & Marketing leader to expand our business in Dhaka City. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in FMCG sales, particularly food industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong distribution networks. Also you need to do facebook page live sales 2/3 times a week.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute field sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth.
Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and wholesalers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key market stakeholders.
Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Ensure proper branding, promotion, and visibility of our products in the market.
Prepare and submit sales reports and performance analyses.
