Job Type: Full-time (80% work in the field, 20% work in the office)
Job Description: Sunday OFF and Work Monday to Saturday 11 am to 8 pm(6 Days a week). Also, manage a Team of 5 people.
We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Field Sales & Marketing leader to expand our business in Dhaka City. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in FMCG sales, particularly food industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong distribution networks. Also, you need to work at the Modern Outlet (UniMart) to promote our product 2/3 times a week.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute field sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth.
Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and wholesalers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key market stakeholders.
Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Ensure proper branding, promotion, and visibility of our products in the market.
Prepare and submit sales reports and performance analyses.
