Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial transactions, performance, investments, and other business ventures, supervision.
∎ Responsible for leading the FP&A department and spearhead the Company’s financial quarterly forecast, annual budgeting process, long term business plan, operating plan variance analysis, and impose adequate control over all functional areas
∎ Strategize and keep tracking the organization performance against set targets and set forth recommendations to all functional Heads based on appropriate analysis
∎ Provide financial consulting and strategic support to senior management including preparing board presentations, financial presentations, capital expenditure analysis, industry/peer group comparisons, new business opportunities, acquisition analysis, and other projects requested by management.
∎ Responsible to approve the Capex and Opex expenditure from a budgetary perspective while ensuring budget achievement for the fiscal year
∎ Develop all financial models, including working capital. Cash flows, revenue models, break even analysis, P/E ratios, liabilities
∎ Ensuring bank payments, post monthly bank reconciliations for all the accounts, verify accuracy of bank statements and resolve question or problems, maintain integrity of cash balances and cash flow systems;
∎ Analyzing, coordinating proper mix of equity & debt fund requirements.
∎ Monitoring routine and non-routine financial work of the Company
∎ Work on budgeting, costing, and preparation of internal management reports for making decisions.
∎ Investment appraisal and analysis.
∎ Advising on Tax & VAT planning (within current legislation to enable them to minimize the Tax liabilities.
∎ Analyze and keep finance risks under control to ensure the business has a solid risk framework in place.
∎ Advising and implementing best practice methods to increase revenue and reduce costs.
∎ Producing models to project long term growth and determine the impacting business factors.
∎ Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities.
∎ Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge in import & export, international business, Trading, Custom clearing forwarding, negotiate & finalize with authority regarding Customs/Bank/Export /LC/Freight Forwarding/ C&F/ Supply Chain etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be familiar with commercial terms and payment methods
∎ Data Intelligence related experience will be a plus
∎ Strong excel skills and analytical thinking
∎ Standard MS Office tools knowledge is a must
∎ High integrity, structure, and drive
∎ The ability to create relationships across the organization and team commitment
∎ Excellent analytical skills, strong decision support, and interpersonal skills
