Job Responsibilities:
∎ Asst. Manager, Finance & Accounts is must follow, maintain, execution & report on time:
∎ Monthly budget preparation on a company-provided web-based software.
∎ Optimizing the costs & maximizing the company profits.
∎ Budgetary control on time as follows the Company instructions.
∎ Bookkeeping (double entry) on web-based software (Xero/Google sheet/MIS/ERP).
∎ Maintaining & reporting accrual & cash basis accounting.
∎ Monthly payroll & payslip creation & salary payment on Company-provided formate.
∎ Preparing sales reports and necessary financial reports (cash flow, profit-loss, balance sheet, etc.)
∎ Weekly sales commission sheet preparation & disbursement every week.
∎ Voucher creation, day-to-day entry, on-time reporting daily.
∎ Weekly banking & weekly/monthly bank reconciliation.
∎ Petty cash & expense management following the accounting compliance of the Company.
∎ Maintaining relationships with the suppliers/vendors/lenders & banks.
∎ Preparing the loan/mortgage documentation to get the bank facilities.
∎ VAT calculation & payment every month on time.
∎ Supporting the external audit consultant/firm to prepare the audit report to submit the annual TAX to the NBR and RJSC.
∎ Renewal/update information on the annual license, subscriptions, membership, etc. on time.
∎ Maintaining the small inventory (device, stationeries, materials, etc.) as required.
∎ Maintaining, organizing the office documents & filling/record keeping as per the Company policies & procedures.
∎ Organizing the meeting & preparing the meeting setup, instructed by the management.
∎ Maintaining a high level of confidentiality instructed the Company.
∎ And, executing any other tasks, given by the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Tallant, quick learner & conceptually sharp.
∎ High-speed computer typing, data entry & organizing skills.
∎ Enthusiastic, self-driven, responsible, result-oriented personality.
