Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to setup modern and effective sales & marketing strategy for development of new sales volume for plastic resin and master-batches.
∎ Work with month-to-month, quarter to quarter, annual to annual sales target and become example for others to follow as a successful target achiever.
∎ Create new clients through managing corporate organizations (B2B) with a view to build professional relationship and secure order from them on a regular basis.
∎ Market creation of new products & expand networks to contribute in sales increase.
∎ Continuously visit & convince clients to manage sales of products and promote new products.
∎ Monitor and responsible for distribution channels and clients.
∎ Prepare sales forecast, collect market requirement and follow-up client.
∎ Credit collection management and customer feedback.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in Chemical Plastic-Resin; Master batch, Plastic Polymer industries in the following area(s): Corporate Marketing, Sales & Marketing, B2B Sales, Target Oriented, Inventory Management, After Sales Service.
∎ Smart, impressive, dedicated, self-motivated, target oriented, hard worker, dynamic, enthusiastic, confident, result driven, well convincing capability.
∎ Having motorbike driving license will get preference.
∎ Fluent in English and Bangla.
