Job Context:
∎ We are Standard Finis Oil Co. Manufacturer of Household Insecticides and Disinfectants since 1950s. Marketing under the brand name "FINIS". The Company has earned tremendous "Good Will" in the market for its consistently high-quality and reliable products.
∎ Currently, we are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager-SAP Project under Accounts & Finance Department who will lead the SAP Business One Operation for the Company.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design, deploy, and develop all types of business processes and map them into SAP Business One.
∎ Act as a Super Admin for SAP Business One ERP Software for Inventory Management, Production, Sales, and Distribution process & provides robust support to all SAP users for smooth operation on a 24/7 basis.
∎ Preparing SAP-driven monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and yearly financial statements.
∎ Generate SAP-Driven different Strategic and MIS reports as and when required for the decision-making process.
∎ Forecasting expected earnings and expenses for the FY to FY.
∎ Assist the Business Head with control & monitoring of overall activities of the Accounts department.
∎ Analysing & auditing financial data and presenting reports to management accordingly.
∎ Conduct Physical Inventory for Half-Yearly and yearly.
∎ Ensure the security of financial management systems.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 5 to 7 years (s) experience in a similar role
∎ Highly confident, strong business sense and etiquette.
∎ Must have Strong knowledge on Accounting & SAP
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English & Bangla
∎ Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees.
∎ Leadership ability to manage challenges.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Problem-solving skills
