Responsibilities & Context:

🏢 Assistant Manager – Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Interaction: Assist in managing client communications, inquiries, and property viewings.

  2. Sales Support: Support the sales team with follow-ups, proposal preparation, and documentation.

  3. Market Research: Monitor local real estate trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.

  4. Administrative Oversight: Coordinate internal operations including file management, customer records, and lead tracking.

  5. Site Coordination: Ensure proper coordination between the office and on-site staff for smooth execution.

  6. Team Collaboration: Assist senior management in executing marketing campaigns and client acquisition plans.

  7. Report Preparation: Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, sales status, and client feedback.


🏢 Deputy Manager – Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Execution: Oversee the implementation of sales strategies and team targets.

  2. Client Negotiation: Handle high-value client negotiations and deal closures.

  3. Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor junior staff including executives and assistant managers.

  4. Operational Management: Monitor daily sales operations, project status, and CRM systems.

  5. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and investor relations.

  6. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure legal compliance and accuracy in property documents and agreements.

  7. Performance Reporting: Analyze performance metrics and submit reports to senior management with strategic input.
