Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop brand strategy in line with the brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term.
∎ Managing brand and marketing campaigns across print and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet with expectations and to build the credibility of brands.
∎ Managing Social Media Accounts with digital marketing activities in various platforms and handling social media marketing tasks (posts/ad campaigns /promotions etc.).
∎ Responsible for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) including on-page and off-page optimization. Create and manage link building strategies and building links on regular basis for SERP.
∎ Analyzing the success of marketing campaigns of different social media platforms, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and creating reports as per management’s requirement.
∎ Keep smooth communication with agency in supervising design, advertisement and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency of branding.
∎ Design social media posts, motions, layouts, packaging, brochures and other items as per management’s requirement on regular day to day basis. Experience in adobe photoshop, illustrator, in-design, adobe premiere and other photo editing and graphics designing tool.
∎ Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced, multiple schedules and timelines.
∎ Liaise with print vendors, agencies, and other external production resources to ensure optimal output of finalized materials.
∎ Webpage admin panel management and control uploading capacities with basic website development.
∎ Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media.
∎ Launch optimized online adverts through Google Ad-words and Facebook.
