Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in preparing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
∎ Conduct financial data analysis and report on trends, providing actionable insights.
∎ Manage and oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
∎ Contribute to the enhancement of internal financial controls and procedures.
∎ Participate actively in monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closing processes.
∎ Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial processes are transparent and well-understood.
∎ Assist in tax planning, compliance, and liaise with tax authorities as needed.
∎ Prepare financial reports for senior management and external stakeholders.
∎ Support external audit processes and prepare necessary documentation.
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
∎ 3-4 years of relevant experience in finance, preferably within the real estate industry.
∎ Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
∎ Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
∎ Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
∎ Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
