Job Responsibilities:
∎ Finalize Financial Statement based on International and Local Accounting Standard.
∎ To liaise and negotiate with Bank & Financial institutions to arrange funding to meet the overall funding requirements.
∎ Maintain the bank loans and proper loan utilization.
∎ Communication with Bank for meeting company requirements.
∎ Analyze fund requirements.
∎ Control in overall expense in the company.
∎ Ensure timely receipt of all financial documents, cross check and prepare documents.
∎ Forecast profitability on monthly and quarterly basis.
∎ Yearly plan & forecast.
∎ Compares previous year’s budgets and try to improve the drawbacks.
∎ To guide the Finance team in financial management, including financial planning, budget and control to obtain the highest service advantage with a minimum cost impact.
∎ Train the Finance Unit on raising awareness and knowledge of financial management matters.
∎ Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half yearly & statutory accounts.
∎ Monitor banking activities of the organization.
∎ Ensure adequate cash flow to meet the organization's needs.
∎ Manage funds and prepare periodic financial reports.
∎ Design and apply financial and management analysis to continuously improve excellence in project implementation with due priority to value for money.
∎ Maintain relationships with bankers, financial institutions.
∎ To perform statutory duties in compliance to raise capital from stock market.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years experience in any 100% export oriented composite home textile industry (Spinning, Weaving, Dyeing Printing & Processing, Garments, etc).
∎ Should have experience in software based accounting system.
∎ Strong analytical and financial skills, practical knowledge of government rules related to Taxation, Vat and Banking.
∎ Sound knowledge in maintaining batch costing & inventory control mechanism.
∎ Should have good communication skill.
∎ Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hard working & willing to work under pressure.
