Educational Requirements:
∎ Must have a university degree in Finance or Accounting or management.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Cash & Treasury Management.
∎ Payroll Management including statutory deductions remittance compliance.
∎ Successful Office cost Management and control.
∎ Records Management.
∎ Facilitate annual budgets and Cash flows reviews and provide relevant feedbacks to Line managers on time.
∎ Finance staff supervision, mentoring & capacity building.
∎ To maintain oversight on financial planning and decision making, to produce quality management reports; and play an active role in internal and external audits.
∎ Ensure that accurate financial reports are done in a timely manner and presented to relevant parties per set calendar.
∎ Participate in the month end and year-end closing processes including timely submission of yearend reports, appendices and carry-forward guideline requirements.
∎ Prepare monthly management reports-MMR to the Finance and close monitoring of the core budget and shared costs recovery for complete financial management reporting.
∎ Ensure tax, vat and related compliances
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have hotel accounts experience for minimum 2 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Self-motivated, hardworking, dynamic and energetic
∎ Excellent communication & leadership skills
Salary: Negotiable
