Responsibilities & Context:

Bashundhara Cement is looking for a qualified Assistant Engineer/Engineer (Roller Press–CCR Operation) to operate and monitor the VRM, Ball Mill, and Roller Press systems through DCS for smooth and efficient plant operation. The role involves ensuring product quality, coordinating with QA and maintenance teams, managing utilities and raw material feeding, and supporting safe, continuous production under the guidance of the Section Head.

Job Responsibilities:

• Effective control of VRM, Ball Mill & Roller Press process with auxiliaries.
• Monitoring Process System in DCS & Field for smooth operation.
• Ensuring the cement quality of different types of cement producing in the Mill by controlling different parameters from DCS with collaboration of QA department.
• Communicating with Process Field persons & Mechanical / Electrical Engineers to ensure proper control of process.
• Find out the exact fault from DCS of different controlling instruments & process parameters in breakdown time & inform the concern person to work without any delay.
• Ensuring proper control of Utility Operation.
• Maintain all the process parameters reading in hourly basis into the log book.
• Prepare Production report according to Raw materials received & Consumption.
• Control the Operation of all types raw materials unloading from the jetty to silo/shed.
• Ensure the sufficient raw materials into the different feeding hopper system for the Cement Mill grinding unit.
• Effective control of Utility, Slag Feeding system, Coal Mill & HGG.
• Operate Coal Mill and try reduce the coal consumption.
• Follow the key Instruction of section head sir related to production.
