• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Diploma

• Bachelor/Diploma in any discipline - 3 years’ experience in related industry.

• Prior skills on conducting training sessions will be preferred

• Conduct training practical sessions following lesson plan, CS, CBLM, and assist Lead trainer in preparing training note and training delivery;
• Assist in trainee attendance in class & TMS properly and follow-up absent/drop-out trainees;
• Assist Lead trainer to TMS upload;
• Assist distribution of training materials received from PIU and TCs to trainees;
• Assist external assessors in assessment;
• Provide necessary support to PIU staffs and external monitoring visitors (e.g., QAD, SICIP, ADB etc.) to visit and monitor the program;
• Assist job placement and tracking related task, assist Coordinator and Asst. Coordinator (Job Placement, Database & Procurement) with job placement and related documentations;
• Ensure proper harmony of training related documents, registers and submit batch closing reports to PIU along with necessary documents;
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Lead trainer;
