Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the team in carrying out industry/company research and target data required for identification and assessment of possible investment banking mandates
∎ Guide the team in performing quantitative analysis and take overall responsibility of making financial models
∎ Be responsible for all teasers, pitch books, information memorandums, management presentations, and other deal-related collaterals
∎ Develop strong understanding of the sector and should be able to decide on potential mandates
∎ Manage client queries and is able to guide the client's team to provide required information for deal collaterals
∎ Handle investor queries on his/her own and is able to get the due diligence coordinated without any support
