Responsibilities & Context:
∎ US-Bangla Airlines, the country’s largest private airline is inviting Candidates to submit applications for the post of “Associate - Airport Service”.
∎ To ensure excellent customer services an Associate is responsible for the following:
∎ • Baggage Handling.
∎ • Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters and boarding gates.
∎ • Assist with self-service kiosks and baggage drop-off.
∎ • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate flight information.
∎ • Assist boarding procedures and ensure timely gate operations.
∎ • Manage special assistance for passengers with reduced mobility or other needs.
∎ • Tag, lift, and move baggage and other cargo as required.
∎ • Maintain compliance with airport and airline safety and security regulations.
∎ • Collaborate with airline and airport staff for seamless operations.
