Education:
- Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm) from a recognized university.
Valid registration with the Pharmacy Council.Must have A-grade registration from Bangladesh Pharmacy Council (BPC)

Skills Required:

Strong leadership and staff management skills.
In-depth knowledge of outpatient pharmacy workflow and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and hospital pharmacy software.
Customer service orientation and ability to perform under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee day-to-day functioning of the OPD Pharmacy to ensure timely and accurate dispensing of medications.
Supervise pharmacists and support staff, ensuring proper shift management and manpower deployment.
Maintain optimal stock levels, monitor near-expiry and slow-moving items, and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, drug laws, and quality standards in storage, dispensing, and documentation.
Monitor prescription handling, billing accuracy, and patient satisfaction with pharmacy services.
Coordinate with consultants, nursing, and billing teams to resolve prescription or billing-related issues.
Implement and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for OPD Pharmacy.
Support internal and external audits and ensure timely corrective actions.
Generate periodic reports on sales, consumption, and operational performance.
Promote rational use of medicines and ensure proper counseling where applicable.
